Our website design team are on hand to talk about your wants, needs and any ideas you may already have so we can put our own thinking caps on to create a unique website perfect for your business.

Templates? Absolutely not! We do not use any templates, off the shelf designs, or pre-designed work - all the work you see is from our own creative minds and are custom built from top to bottom making sure that what our customers have signed off and proofed is exactly what they get and, more importantly, within budget!

Our Process

1. Come in for a chat

Call us on 01248 345 289 to arrange a convenient time for you to come in for a chat, or if preferable, we can come to you (we prefer to meet in our office though as it gives you an insight as to how we work). We'll have a chat about what you want, your companies background and current branding, your targets and goals and then look to see how we can help to achieve them. This will then be followed up with our proposal to do business with you, if you accept we move on to step 2.

2. Design work

We then take your ideas, do some research, mix in our own magic and start the design process in either Photoshop or Illustrator. If a logo is needed, we start with this and work from there, as it is important to get the branding correct throughout all of your media, starting with your website. We then send you the proofs.

3. Approval

We're pretty sure you will like our artwork the first time, as we're very good at taking down a precise brief. However if your not happy with anything, we will take it back to the drawing board (or Photoshop as we call it!) until we get it just the way you want it. We are pixel perfect designers, so you can be sure your artwork will POP!

4. Build

This is where we stick our nerd caps on and start the development stage! Our in house developers take the design work, analyse what we can replicate with pure code (we try to reduce the number of images we use, as this adds to load time) and then chop the artwork up into sections. We then save the images at their optimum file size so we don't lose quality, but they load faster. This is where we move onto the extremely nerdy stuff, we layout the website with the necessary code, and then build the site onto our very own content management system "BrainstormCMS". This allows you to login securely and easily update your website any time you wish to, without having to be a geek.

5. Launch

Once the site is good to go, is full of content and has your final approval, we launch it onto your domain name on our servers (we give you your 1st years hosting free, because we're nice like that). We set up your email accounts and help you to install them, and then start your Search Engine Optimisation campaign (if you have requested one) if we haven't already done so. That's it! You are now officially awesomely awesome!
